Primary Responsibilities:
- Warehouse maintenance, including but not limited to inventory ordering, receiving, shipping and handling.
- Maintain, clean, and/or repair assets
- Prepare and load/unload trucks for daily restoration projects.
- Create and maintain maintenance records and/or checklists for all vehicles, equipment, and warehouse items.
- Support field technicians with restocking and preparing equipment & products for service jobs
- Clean and Maintain warehouse, bathrooms, office on a regular basis to ensure safety and a clean working environment.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all Franchise, SERVPRO®, and OSHA safety practices.
Necessary Experience and Skill Set
- Valid Driver’s License
- Effective written and oral communication
- Comfortable with technology, including Apple iPad and Microsoft Office products
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment (training provided).
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish/English)
