SERVPRO of Cecil County is hiring a Receptionist-Dispatcher! This position is a part time position in our office off Pulaski highway, from 8:00am - 1:00pm daily.

**NOTE - Although we are hiring for this position to start as part-time, our goal is change the position to full-time based on both departmental and business growth. If applying for this position, please be mindful that within 3-6 months (or possibly less), this position will change to full-time. At that time, full benefits package will be eligible based on introductory periods.

As the Receptionist-Dispatcher you will assist with phone answering, customer service, data entry and more - all in support of the Office Manager. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and strive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment!

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch new losses to necessary personnel.
Schedule onsite appointments for Production Manager and manage their schedule.
Perform detailed and accurate data entry into our customer database.
Review and maintain our time tracking software so that labor is accounted for correctly.
Listen in on morning dispatch meetings to track which losses crew members are scheduled for.
Receive incoming calls for new services, past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications.
Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

High school diploma/GED (preferred)
At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience
Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
